Allan Aguilar Jimenez, singer and national composer, the only one of three brothers who turned to music, was born in Guápiles on January 22nd, 1974, where he lived until his 4 years old, when his mother moved to San Jose. He is the father of a 11 year old boy named Ian, who admits is his greatest blessing. He calls himself “a hopeless romantic” who is sincere, humble, attentive, loyal, and prides himself on his ability to keep a good relationship with his environment. He loves cats and nature but hates above all injustice and its derivatives.
His musical career has allowed him to share the stage with great musical talents including, Editus being this the one that has touched him the most, with them he lived their first "chivo section A", which was at the Jazz Cafe in San Pedro, he is still reminded of it.
Thanks to them he had the opportunity to share some stories with the teacher Ruben Blades, who he admired for his great career since he was young.Allan has also shared the stage with artists such as Ricardo Padilla, Philharmonic Orchestra of Costa Rica, Alvaro Torres and Cesar "Banana" Pueyrredón, among others.
